Established in 1975, CSD, also known as Communication Service for the Deaf, is a private, nonprofit organization that provides broad-based sign language interpreting services for deaf and adults with hearing impairments in South Dakota. It offers services to ensure public accessibility and increase awareness of issues affecting individuals with speech disabilities.
