Provided by YP.comI am supposed to have a home aide 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. I have had some wonderful aides, but when one leaves to get married or move to another state, It takes almost a year before I have a dependable replacement. Meantime, management avoids calls and messages left get no call back. I need someone in the morning to help me and also in the evening. They kept promising more aides due to their merge with Home Aides of CNY, this has only made the situation more confusing, as they want to be which ever agency you are NOT calling to complain about. I would never refer someone to come to this agency.
