We have been going to Paul's Automotive for 20 years. We won't go anywhere else because they are very honest and only fix what you need. I have never had them try to get us to fix more things or come back after their bid and repair and then charge more. Their prices are usually lower than the competition and we always are treated well.

They have always done a excellent job and a reasonable price. They are knowledgeable and have fixed problems other shops have found for much less.

We've used Paul's several times now and have always had great service at a good price. We will continue to take our cars here.

It is refreshing to know that there is a place you can trust to take your car and are not taken advantage of. I am a woman and they don't treat me like I don't know anything. I do work on my jeep for work and I do know things, but most places ussume you don't. Thank you for that. I will always take my cars there as long as they stay. The prices are reasonable too and I enjoy the people who work there they are friendly and helpful. Theyu have fixed all of my vehicles at one time or another, and have been satisfied.

These guys took way too long to repair our car, took it to them twice and after we left the first time the check engine light came right back on. They charged us a second time when they didn't fix the problem in the first place and they charged us $1000 the second time to fix something that wasn't the problem. Took the car to a private mechanic and he showed us the sparkplug that they had tried to use which had caused carbon buildup and made a short in the car. The mechanic had not even used a sparkplug that was compatible with our car. Beware before taking your car to them.
