After waiting at the entrance for about 10 minutes with no employee in sight I finally walked back towards the kitchen and found 4 employees standing around talking, when I asked for help 2 girls ran off spanking each other 1 stood there and one sat us. Our server came over 10 minutes later, took our drink order came back and took our food order and that's the last time she willingly came to help us. We flagged her down for drink refills. We sat waiting for our check for 15 minutes after that went and stood at the register for about 10 minutes I finally getting upset walked back to where I first found the employees and 3 girls where on the phones laughing when I asked to be checked out 1 girl was rude and acted as if we were interrupting her. When I asked for the manager she stated he was available tomorrow. Food was really good service was horrible.

I like this place a lot. Overall good food. The twisty bread is so delicious and my kids love them. The prices are average (similar to other sit down pizza places). The staff has always been friendly and fast. Overall I would (and have) recommend this place to others.

Tried this place for the first time last night, I can't believe what I was missing. The pizza that my kids share was great and I'm not even a huge pepper fan. But I had the endless pasta and it was so good! It included salad and those twisty bread. A huge yummy is what I give it. I will definitely be back. If you haven't tried this place give it a shot, well worth it.

I love coming here. My favorite is the garlic ranch pizza. It is so good. Also, check out their Facebook page at facebook.com/mypizzafactory to get coupons and other deals. Me and a couple of friends went in last night for their all-u-can-eat pasta, salad and twists for $8.95. I could only finish one plate, but my friend had two. Loved it!!!

A group of us came in last night after they were closed. The host apologized that they were closed and had already closed the kitchen and salad bar, but when we told her we just came for dessert she sat us right down! The staff was very welcoming even though it was after hours, and we did not feel rushed! We really enjoyed the cookie sundaes we had! They were delicious. This kind of great service and food keeps us coming back.

I really appreciate how accommodating this place is to my dietary needs. I cannot have gluten, and they have a gluten free crust, which is great. They also have noodles made from zucchini which are gluten free as well. It is nice for my husband and I to be able to go out, and for me to have such a great selection. They also have wheat pasta and crust (I have not tried these, but my husband has and thinks they are great). Also, I have never had bad service here, even when it was busy. This place is a great addition to the area.

We brought a large group in here over the holidays and everything was great. I really love the "family special" they run. It makes eating here very affordable. In addition, they took a reservation for our group which was great so we didn't have to wait forever on a busy night. I would definitely recommend this place for your next family party!

My family absolutely LOVES this place they have the best pizza I've ever tasted hands down! We eat there all the time. They always have awesome coupons on their facebook page too.

The Veterans Day pizza was great. My husband loved feeling appreciated for his service. We love coming here.

I would definitely recommend this place! The food is great, especially the breadtwists! The pizza is so good, especially the BBQ chicken pizza. My family and I go in there pretty frequently and LOVE having this place so close to our home!

Everytime we come here my family has a great experience. The staff is great! I live the breadtwists and the alfredo sauce is so great. The salad bar is always fresh and makes for a healthy, quick lunch.

Great food! Great value! Great service! Great atmosphere! I will definitely be eating here again!
