Provided by YP.comMy experience with this so called glass installer was a nightmare. My insurance company working through a glass broker had me deliver my Recreational Vehicle to AA Glass Nation in Spanaway Washington in March of this year. The following is a recap to my insurance agent detailing that experience.
Glass was installed Monday (March 17th), installer (Russ) immediately call me and asked for additional money $1,400 to correct a problem he identified claiming the dashboard was preventing the window seal from allowing a proper fit. I baulked at this suggestion and he then offered to cut the dashboard with a knife for $250. I told him that if this would result in a good installation that I would pay. This was after he assured me he had measured the window openings to find them true and square and within tolerance. He had explained how he measured by installing new glass using partial gasket pieces to hold glass in place and then measuring the opening around the glass. I know this was done not only because he told me it was, but when my wife and I picked up the coach a piece of gasket (new) was left on top of the doghouse below windshield.
I was told I could not pick up the RV till Wednesday (March 19th) because Russ had used glue to hold the window secure and in place and it needed the extra time to dry. I paid and was asked to sign a “No Warranty” paper. This was after hours and Russ did not take me in the shop, just took my payment info in the parking lot and had me sign the paper. I was uneasy about this since the glass seal did not look at all uniform in the area it had separated before and also now on the right side (which was fine prior to his installation) but I felt assured by Russ’s words that the installation would certainly last a while (though my wife told me he would not answer her at all when pressed for details. I felt pressured to accept his work because (as Russ knew) I had to use the motor home to drive to Wenatchee for the weekend to host a Men’s Conference I help put on each year.
It lasted about 230 miles on a trip to Wenatchee and back to Enumclaw that weekend (March 21st).
Glass seal separation was about 12 inches total and I was concerned it would continue to grow if the coach is moved.
I called Russ and told him the windshield was falling out after such a short time, he asked me “What do you want me to do about it?” And then he suggested I just bring it back to his shop and he would take a look at it. Russ explained I could come back in and pay for a proper “repair” to the tune of $4000.00 if I wanted a 5 year guarantee. He then seemed to tire of talking to me and said “I have other customers and need to go now”.
Since that time my insurance company sent me to a reputable shop that reinstalled the glass properly with a lifetime guarantee. I was charged no additional funds for this.

Provided by YP.comIf you have any value in your vehicle, keep it away from these guys! A one day job turned into four and did not get the initial problem solved. Worse yet, they cut-up my body, paint, and interior trim while attempting to remove a glass panel. Surprisingly, I then got chewed-out and threatened by the owner!
Two thumbs down for this place! Doesn't deserve even one star, but it won't submit unless you enter at least one.

Provided by YP.comVery unsatisfactory experience. After a long wait to order the glass, it did not fit correctly. Refused to fix the problem. Stay far, far away from these guys!
