Cliff immediately corrected my stovetop/oven/venting idea which would have cost me considerable money as a non-workable option. He directed me to the correct option and assisted me again when I didn't like that option to one that I did like.

Delivery was as promised.

Bonnie was very helpful and friendly that i decided to purchase all my kitchen appliances in one place rather than looking around at other stores.



I was skeptical at first due to bad experience a few years ago at SC store. Bonnie changed my mind this time though and we are happy with the purchases.



I will be calling her for help in using my new appliances. I hate reading manuals.

Tim was great. He was a wealth of information and never pushy. In fact, without prompting on our part, he vlunteered to show us the less expensive floor models on sale (though we did end up purchasing a newer refrigerator). At sales end, we asled for several of Tim's business cards to post on our condo's message board, that other might take advantage of the positive experience we had because of Albert Lee's customer friendly policies (like free delibery and set up) in general and Tim Retysnki's expertise and assiostance in particular.

I walked into the Tacoma Albert Lee store in a super stressed out state. I had, what I thought an impossible task. I needed a counter-depth refrigerator BUT not the standard 35 3/4" wide...it had to be 34 inches wide. I was ready to start ripping down our kitchen walls!!!! I went into the store as an-end-of-the-line effort! I was greeted by a very upbeat and pleasant women [I am sorry I didn't get her name], who then introduced me to Cliff Birdsall,. I explained my refrigerator woes, Cliff just smiled and said....We have a refrigerator just for you...your troubles are over...walked me over to the TWO! choices! Yes, two, WOW! I was out of the store in about 15 minutes with a HUGE smile on my face and a new, beautiful stainless Fisher-Paykel to be delivered two days later! My whole experience was joyful and professional...I will be a loyal Albert Lee customer from here out!

I would also like to give the delivery team praise. Will and his partner were a well oiled machine. Will was ahead of schedule, he called first to let us know he was 15 minutes away, that was just the perfect amount of time to unload our refrigerator. While Will was sizing up the removing of our old refrigerator and moving it , his partner was in the driveway uncrating and removing the packing materials off our refrigerator. Within moments our appliance was in place, instructions given on care and proper cleaning products to use...not a scratch or ding on anything!!! And, I didn't have to remove tape, plastic or anything off my beautiful new refrigerator.

I will recommend Albert Lee to everyone I know! Thanks for employing a great group of people. Every Albert Lee employee I came in contact with was a true professional. The retail staff, including the young man bringing supplies into the store had a warm smile on their face and greeted me. FAB-U-LOUS!!!

We looked at the home improvement stores at washers & dryers, but when we got serious we shopped at Albert Lee. We were drawn to Albert Lee because of their support of Seafair but soon found that their selection & expertise was the reason to purchase there. Cliff Birdell in Tacoma did a excellent job educating us about the brands & products allowing us to easily come a decisive pick of the many machines offered. We found the pricing competitive, customer service excellent and because of Cliff's input we found the machines we chose were highly rated & exceeded our expectations. We are planning to replace our kitchen appliances soon & are looking forward to returning!!!!! returning!!!!Thanks

Susan Mickelson was amazing. She was able to help me find a replacement for my microwave that I needed for a newly purchased home. She made me realize that because the tile was all the way up to the base of the old unit, the units, that would fit into the existing area, would have to be the same size, or smaller. Most other brands of microwaves were slightly larger than mine. Quite a bit of research, on her part, was necessary to find the right size. I would not have realize that I needed a very particular size if Susan had not asked very specific questions to start our interactions.

The refrigerator was the best price at Albert Lee compared to 3 other local competitors. The 12 month interest free financing made it possible to go through with the purchase. We would not have been able to do a 6 month term. Tylar Strong was very knowledgeable about the refrigerator and made our experience very enjoyable. Thank you.

I love my Miele dishwasher now that it works the way it was supposed to. The electronic connection to the soap dispenser was not connected and dispenser could not open. This was sloppiness at the factory.

After spending a great deal on the dishwasher, we had to hand wash dishes for two weeks until a repairman could come to fix it. All is well now.

The KitchenAid oven works perfectly.

Tim was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to work with. There was no pressure to make a purchase. When I went back to make my purchase Tim was off that day and I was assisted by Cliff Birdsall who helped me alter my appliances due to a size restriction. If I need to make a further purchase I won't hesitate to go back to Albert Lee Appliance.

I have bought appliances at the box stores for so long, I had forgotten that there are actually people who are knowledgeable about them. Susan was great. She really took the time to explain things to me and show me around - all without pressure. It was a very pleasant experience!

Nancy dealt with a very confused and difficult to choose appliances shoppers with three of us having a different opinion. We finally came to a choice and I am proud to say we all got out without any broken bones. Nancy was most patient and did a lot of extra above and beyond searches for colors and etc. She earned her wages that day! Thanks Nancy

Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. Everyone was able to help me and no one had to pass me on to another sales staff, despite my numerous visits. First rate outfit, good prices, well laid out showroom with large number of brands represented. Excellent customer service.

Tyler was excellent! He took time to answer all of my questions. When I was ready to purchase, he was having an extremely busy day due to the warehouse sale, yet he was courteous enough to have an associate call to keep us informed. The process was very easy, right down to the professional and efficient delivery guys! They were right on time and took excellent care in the delivery. I just moved here and wanted to buy locally. I will definitely be back for my next purchase!
