I would never recommend this facility to…



I would never recommend this facility to anyone in search of a positive detox experience. I recently just dropped a loved one off at their facility and the staff was rude from the minute we talked to them on the phone tell the point of me dropping them off. It is hard enough to get your loved ones to get help and when your welcomed by, "Oh, your twenty minutes late, I usually don't except lateness." Well excuse me!!!! I'm pretty sure the only reason you have a job is the fact people are getting help from your facility so you should be thankful for your patients. And where is your compassion!? You work in health care! I should have walked right out the door with my loved one and found a different detox or rehab center that treats people with kindness and respect.



I would rate this place zero stars if I could.
