My experience was great. I was on my way home and my jeep overheated and died. I found them on a google search on my phone, I called and Tommy had my jeep towed in without hassle. They found my water pump was bad, they stayed after closing hours to get it fixed! Tommy even got me a iced mocha for my drive home. This was the best experience I have ever had with automotive repair. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND All Transmissions for any repair needs.

Had my son's car towed there and they gave me a very my price for repairing the rear brakes. They also said The alternator needed to be replaced. I had it towed to another shop the price to repair the rear brakes was about half as much what all transmission wanted to charge. I've been driving the car there is no problem with the alternator. The battery cable was merely loose.

I wanted to get over the pass to Ellensburg before the snows fell. We were all packed up and ready to go, but the RV was acting up. Since we were pulling a trailer and my horse Tommy, we couldn't afford problems. You guys got it all tuned up and things adjusted in time for one more ride in 2016. We had to wait a couple of days, but that wasn't your fault. Great job . . . at a price that was very reasonable.

The final bill was less than the original estimate. How great is that? Even better is that my 2001 Toyota Camry looks and runs like new, but costs a lot less. I was kept up-to-date through the whole repair process. I'll be returning for maintenance and will tell all my friends about All Transmissions & Automotive! Thank you.

Unprofessional service with no loyalty to their work or warranty. I highly DO NOT recommend seeking All Transmissions services. I worked with Steve for my Jeep CJ7 repair prior to a military move to Alaska. A complete seal overhaul was performed for leaking from the bell housing - which cost me over $3,000. Upon receiving the vehicle, the leak persisted. I was informed that the transmission fluid was overfilled by their service technician and they attempted to correct the problem. Shortly afterward I had my vehicle shipped to Alaska and have put roughly 30-40 miles on it since. When I arrived the transmission leak was still evident; and, in fact, worse. When I contacted them to discuss the issue, they told me that they only way they would warranty the problem was if I paid to have the transmission removed from the vehicle and shipped to them at MY EXPENSE! Instead, they should work with a local transmission repair shop to help out the customer after collecting over $3,000 for poorly performed work!!! Horrible customer service! This company does not stand by their work!

I had my transmission serviced with these guys and they seemed like they were on the up and up. So when I noticed a coolant leak I took it in to have them diagnose it.

I was told my water pump and thermostat needed replaced and given an estimate for about $1, 100.00. My thermostat was replaced the previous summer but they said the housing was replaced not the part inside. Sounded weird but I'm just a young single mom so what do I know?

I could not afford to have it fixed so I asked how long I could put it off. I was told no more than a month and to check my water level each time I drove. So that's what I did, barely drove, kept an eye on it, and saved as much as I could.

My parents kept telling me to get a second opinion but between kids and school I didn't have the time. I still didn't have enough after a month, or the next month, so I kept my eye on it and continued to save.

Finally school was out so I took it to a place in town to get a second opinion. I was told the problem was the quick disconnect fitting. It was replaced for $177.12 and I have not had a problem since. I asked them to double check the water pump and thermostat just in case and they said there were no problems they could see.

As I said above, I'm a single mom and also a full time student. To think they were taking advantage of me is so disheartening. But now I know better and thankfully I didn't give them all my money.

I took my Buick Century in for tranny problems. I'm irritated that I had to rebuild my transmission at 100,000 miles, but now I can probably make it to 200,000! Great job and good people to work with.

They do good thorough work and were very customer oriented. The manager is a nice guy and he took care of exactly what I needed. I would prefer that the waiting time be less, but other than that, everything was GREAT!

I took my vehicle to All Ttransmissions to have a transmission repaired that another shop could not get right after trying to repair 2 times. All Transmissions removed the transmission and opened it up with me and they found the problem within 30 mins of the inspection.

I had spent over $3500.00 haveing this transmission rebuilt for it to not be right. Jessica told me that they would be able to find and fix this problem for sure.. They did and i am so happy that i found All Transmissions. The shop is clean and it looks like they are leaders in the environment and the transmission industry.

I would recommend All Transmissions to anyone needing repairs.

This place is great. The shop is clean, bathrooms are in great shape. Waiting room is very nice, coffee, water, hot coco, tea..... wow. The Technicians are freindly and do a great job explaining what is wrong with my car. I love the great service and have reffered everyone to All Transmissions with any kind of a vehicle problem. Wake was very impressing with his knowledge of how to explain my vehicles repair needs to me. Keep up the good work!!!!!

I had my vehicle towed by these people after they told me over the phone that it was a free service to get a diagnostic done; according to them, to “figure out” what was the problem with transmission. After their so called diagnostic and almost $200 in charges, they could not tell me what was wrong with my transmission nor they could even provide an estimate to fix the vehicle. If they don’t know what “diagnostics” mean, how can they fix a transmission? They are the most incompetent shop I’ve ever been to. Please, do not go there!!!
