i like there food alot

We had breakfast there and it was alright. Nothing to write home about. Service was good. Freedom toast of good. Hashbrowns a little undercooked for my taste.

My parents use to pick up Chicken and Jo Jo's from Anglea's when I was a teen over 30 years ago. I was surprised to see it still on Portland Ave serving the same chicken & Jos with their wonderful sour cream (get extra) when I moved back to the area. The line just as long for chicken pick up. I have ate there several times since . The food is good hot down home cooking, Nothing fancy. The place is small, worn and clean, The employees helpful and friendly. I've seen them have a lot of patience with elderly guest (big +). The prices are fair. Want that old hometown greasy spoon family place ......check it out. Least pick up some chicken to go, call an order in..........enjoy!
