i recently had a problem with may brakes on my honda accord. i called chris on the phone and he invited me to the store and offered me a free brake inspection. they pulled my car in and when they were ready they took me out and showed me what the condition of my brakes were. my car needed front brakes, and they told me that they could be done right away. i had not told them that i had been to another shop already. the other shop quoted me $1100.00 for brakes all the way around. chris quoted me $347 out the door and they had my vehicle completed an hour later. nate will be my mechanic from now on, and chris will be my service advisor. he didnt talk to me like i was a women, rather as a friend. he was great. their service and hospitality was above and beyond. they even turned on the cartoons for my kids. service like this makes having your vehicle repaired easy instead of a hassle. way to go guys.

I dropped my Chevy Corsica off at 7:30, they gave me a ride to work, called me with diagnosis and an estimate at 9:00. At 2:00 they called me too tell me it was done and they sent someone to come get me. My car runs great. What more could I ask for?

This is the most honest shop I have ever been to. Service writers are awesome & take the time to explain EVERYTHING! Even the technicians will stop what they are doing and take the time to talk to you and explain repairs! I would definitely recommend this shop to all my friends....Strangers too!

I spend 3 days and over $1,000 at the dealer and had the same issue. They fixed in a couple hours for $220.00! I will be back. Great service!

Rarely, do I comment on any business nor take the time to write a review. But, in this case, I want to express my appreciation. After spending time and money with other shops, with negative results, I was recommended to go there by a friend. Really took care of my problem and charged me a fair price. Finally, my car is better than new.Ken

These guys (and girls) are great. No one likes spending money on their car, but when you need to... this is the place to do it. Personal, great customer contact. Kept me informed and gave me options! I'll be back.

They are the best!!! I have been taking my truck for over 5 years & it runs great! I live nearby & when I had a flat tire they came, repaired, & replaced the tire at NO cost to me. Why-this is their level of professionalism. Only the work requested is done to way beyond expectation. The staff is friendly & professional. I would recommend them to anyone. As long as I own a vehicle I will ALWAYS have it serviced or repaired here!!

I had general service done at Automotive Specialists on a regular basis with no problem. My car was damaged in an auto accident and they tried to over charge me for the work. They wanted me to pay my insurance deductable and give them additional money after the insurance paid off. I found out that they did not replace my radiator when they should have which caused me problems. When I got my car back it was also dented on the door which they did not want to repair. I ultimately had to get it repaired correctly at the Ford dealership. I also noticed as I was waiting for my car that most of the other customer were being told that they needed extensive work done to their vehicles. Coincident? It seems odd that 4 out of 5 customers all needed costly repairs. This happened several times. I have not been back since. It seems impossible to find honest repair shops.

Disappointed

Everyone that answers the phone appears extremely curteous. The experience exceeded expectations. Service was prompt and reliable. I would return to the business for service again. It was the best experience ever. You get what you pay for. They know what they ae talking about. I would recommend them to anyone needing automotive repair and upgrade services.
