I hired this guy to do a home inspection. He couldnât see the obvious problem with the roof (even after I showed it to him) and refused to write it in the report. After checking this company out I found that it is a one man show that is under investigation by The Department of Labor & Industries, not the team of inspectors the website implies. This owner/inspector is not a licensed home inspector and never has been and his pest license had been expired for 8 years. After hiring a different home inspector that gave me a great report, I asked to get my money back from the first inspection. Scott Barry, the owner of BAI Services refused to refund my money and just laughed when I said I would report him. AVOID THIS COMPNY!

This company should be investigated for fraud!! They took a deposit for my inspection and then did a terrible jog of inspecting. When I complained the owner just laughed at me and told me tough luck, that is all the inspection he is going to do. The report was incomplete, full of mis-spellings and missed the most important parts of damage and decay. DO NOT USE THIS INSPECTION COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!! They will rip you off. I ended up hiring another inspection company and got great results.Mic

This company is a rip off. Scott is a drunk idiot. I called to complain one afternoon around 2 PM Scott was drunk and could not answer even the simplest questions. He then refused to refund my deposit. I also check and all of the certifications he shows at the website are either fake or expired. What an idiot!!

My deposit was not refunded aftet the job got called off due to purchase falling through. I had used them multiple times in the past and they would not budge even though they had done no work. I would be careful giving them a deposit until they actually show up to start.

When you hire a BAI Services Inc. inspector, you are hiring an experienced professional who has training and experience in the building industry. It is the job of the inspector to not only evaluate the condition of the facilities major systems and structural integrity, but also to evaluate how these systems are working together and identify areas that need to be watched, repaired or replaced. Your inspector gives you the Big Picture analysis of the building and grounds you are purchasing. If the inspector identifies the need for a costly, detailed analysis of any of the buildings' systems or structures, the inspector will recommend the appropriate professional, which may be an experienced engineer with expertise analyzing that particular system or structure. The need for this kind of expensive, detailed analysis is rare. Hiring a Professional Engineer on your own can be a disappointing experience.
