I called for an estimate for an oil change and the guy on the phone was very busy, so he told me he'd call me back shortly. I've heard that before, but I gave him my number anyway. Guess what happened... HE CALLED BACK, within 10 minutes and told me how much the oil change would cost. So I went in without an appointment and got an oil change. It was exactly what he quoted me, with no pressure for anything extra. I was very happy with this whole experience and I will be back.

I've outgrown that point in my life where the cars I drive are always breaking down, so I can only speak to their oil-changing skills. Caveat: they are 2 blocks from my house, so I am biased. Overall, these guys are great. The work is done on time, reasonably priced, and if I can't make it back in to pick up the car in the afternoon, they will lock it up in the garage overnight. If you're seeking a new used car, you might also want to check them out. The selection is eclectic, but they seem to focus on reselling really nice cars. We almost bought one once, but felt it might not be big enough. I'd have rather bought from them than any of the folks on So Tacoma Way.

As a young woman in my 20's, I have always felt comfortable taking my car to these guys. I know nothing about cars and they will earnestly listen to me as a describe 'dingy and clanky noises' that my car is making. They do great work, they are very honest and I will never go to Jiffy Lube again!

These men that run this place are very honest and do great work. It's a perfect place for ladies or guys that don't have a clue about how a car runs! They explain everything in terms you can understand and they don't make you feel like a idiot. The work is done in a timely fashion and most importantly it is done right the first time.
