Incompetent management, poor work and bad customer service. They do fake diagnosis test and just tell you whatever instead of doing the actual work. Their corporate office is just as incompetent and they support the bad treatment of customers. I don't recommend anyone to use any service at this Bucky's on 48th and pacific.

MARVIN is AWESOME!!! He has the best customer service, very honest, and gets down to business! I took my Honda in there and now it drives better than it ever did! I would definitely go back!

STAY AWAY. They try to rip you off more than normal. Tried charging me $700 for something that took me 30 min a youtube video and about $120 for the part.

Stay away from Bucky's this place does very poor work. I had valve cover and upper intake plenum gaskets replaced on my V6 Toyota Camry and a week later a major oil leak developed. It was so bad by the time I drove back to have it done all over again almost all of the oil had leaked out. The work was done very poorly and incorrectly, the spark plug tube seals were installed backwards. They were pounding them into my valve cover on the ground with a big socket and a hammer. The facility is also VERY dirty. The carpet on the driver side of my car had oil stains all over when I got it back, they don't use paper floor mats like most other places do. When I asked them about it they told me they didn't notice anything. I also noticed they seem to go through employees on almost a weekly basis. They told me the guy who did the work the first time quit after a few days and someone else had to fix the shoddy work he did on my car. Also while I was waiting to get my car back I talked to a guy who had to have his catalytic converter replaced because they installed the wrong one a few days before. My advise is, if you care about your car DO NOT take it to a slop shop like Bucky's.
