Cascade Regional Blood Services is a nonprofit organization that provides regular blood supply and services to the South Puget Sound hospitals, clinics and trauma centers. It offers a wide range of programs and services, such as autologous donor program, national marrow donor program, therapeutic plasma exchange and therapeutic phlebotomy. It is licensed by the United States Food & Drug Administration and is accredited by the American Association of Blood Banks. It provides services to various hospitals and centers that include Allenmore Hospital, Covington Multi Care, Gig Harbor Day Surgery, Mary Bridge Children s Hospital and Health Center, St. Francis Hospital, Tacoma General Hospital and the Madigan Hospital and Trauma Center. Cascade Regional Blood Services was established in 1946 and is located in Tacoma, Wash.
