The last time I used this carwash they forgot to due the inside windows. When I brought it to there attention, WOW!!!They did a half :( job on it!!!That was last year, so, I think I can try it again today...Peace, Camdenight

I received the ultimate service that was supposed to include a wipe down of the door jam. Never happened, and I forgot about that inclusion in the service until well after I had left the car wash site. My tires, also included in the service, weren't all that clean; I could have done a much better job. The car did look nice afterward, minus the still-dirty wheel rims. Customer service wasn't all that great (no smiles). Car cleaning was quick (10 mins. total), though questionably so (refer to wheel-cleaning job). I had better, more attentive service at Classy Chasis. I will note that I had my service done at Classy Chasis in the spring and my service at the Elephant done in the winter...may explain the treatment at Elephant. Regardless, should always give customer a smile.

It's a carwash. The staff are polite and professional. The drive through is better than the typical gas station variety and staff towel dry the vehicle afterward. The vacuum service was so worth the wait. I will be returning again.
