Commencement Bay Marine brought some of the staff from Olympic Boat Centers and WOW these folks are GREAT! The staff was friendly and the service was performed without a glitch!

I found the first person in the marine business that delivers what they promise. Vonnie takes care of my boats better than I do. He cares and is fair. Serendipity happened and not only am I a happy customer, but I have a great place to talk shop and get repairs done. If you have a boat and care about it, take it to Commencement Bay Marine Services in Tacoma.

For the past four years we've brought our boat here for service. They do the maintenance work and any repairs we've needed. We had some warranty issues that didn't look like we could overcome but with their help we got the company to cover some work which saved us a ton of money!

They've been servicing my boat for a few years now. Started with a repair I needed after the warranty was over. They did the work and made a recommendation to keep the new warranty valid and they were right. They saved me money on the next repair and since then I've gone to no one else.

Took my boat in to CBMS after issues with another shop, somehow they managed to fix every mistake and make it run like new! Appreciate the honest and quick service, will definitely recommend!

After taking our boat to another service facility and getting it back with no reverse (when it didn't have a shift problem when we took it in!), we took the boat to Commencement Bay Marine and the problem was corrected and repaired right the FIRST time! Also, the other facility had replaced the drain plug by putting in a wood plug that was unsafe. This was also repaired by CBMS. Thank you so much! I will definitely not experiment with any other facility in the future...

I have been using CBMS for several years now; Vonnie and her team have always been so helpful and friendly! Never have to question the repairs because they keep you so involved in the process. Truly feel like i'm in good hands with them!!
