Great service, helped me seal the inlet pipe to the septic tank at no charge. The cost was about $90 less than the other 3 of the other bigger named companies in the Tacoma area. They also give a %5 military discount. Told all my friends and neighbors to give them a try. Thanks ESS, you ROCK!

Hands down the most honest guys in the business! Unfortunately we bought a home with 18 cottonwoods on it so we've had a few septic issues!THANKFULLY we called the right people! Even today our cross over baffle was clogged with roots, Mike was looking into the tank and I said shoot my as well pump it!he replied "I can, but I'd heat be stealing your money" how many company's do you know of like this? These guys are so down to earth and always reassure us that they will get us taken care of and they do. I will always refer economy to all my family and friends!

These guys were a huge lifesaver for me and my family!!! I called and spoke to their awesome receptionist and she had Mike and Zakk out to my house the very next day. I had a large company in the area leave me with a backing up system for 2 months and even going so far as lying to me to cover up their mistake. I called several companies to obtain bids from them but every single one wanted to just give me an estimate over the phone and hang up, without ever coming to my house and assessing the situation for themselves. Not the case with these guys. They were out to my house on time, went over everything with me, LISTENED without throwing numbers around and gave me a bid far less than all the others. After accepting their estimate, they were at my house the next business day, EARLY, and were done before I knew it and before they were even scheduled to arrive. They finished right on budget and things went smoother than I could have imagined. After 2 months of no showers, no laundry, no washing dishes, no using the toilet, no water down the drains whatsoever without the threat of backing up - these guys came with confidence, knowledge and wonderful attitudes. They even put my lawn back the way it was!! It's like they were never there!! They lifted that 2 ton weight right off me with a smile on their face!! You can't ask for better. I will definitely be calling these guys for any future maintenance and will happily refer them to anyone I know. This is the second time I've ever given anyone a review - I believe in reserving them for the most deserving and, trust me, they're worth it!!

I first used Economy Septic in January of 2011 after another "reputable" septic company told me that I not only need my tank pumped, but needed an expensive pump replaced. Economy came out, pumped my tank for considerably less, and pronounced my pump in good working order. They also dug up, at no charge, a small tank that I was unaware of and unclogged the pipe. They made a special trip to get a riser and installed it for the price of materials! Today, 2-14-13, I contacted them because my tank alarm had gone off and I was in a panic. I had not one cent to cure this problem, and we had gone on emergency measures to limit water while I tried to figure out what to do. They were here within 30 minutes, rehung my floats, secured my tank and said No Charge! These guys had no clue how dire my financial situation is, or what a blessing it is that they rescued my boys and I. Please do YOURSELF a favor and make them your first - and last- call! I called for a quote and the owner did not tell me that if they had to dig it would cost $60.00/hr. The owner just gave me the basic cost for the pumping itself. My former pumper who is no longer available never charged me for digging so I didn't know. Not cool! The actual work was fine.

Had an issue, called around and recieved quotes of $400, called these guys and got free advise, fixed the problem myself! I will go to hese guys for all my future problems.

I have a couple of rental houses in the Kent area and it was time to have the tanks pumped.I was told by a friend to call Economy Septic because he had used them and was pleased with thier service.I called and they here there the next morning. They were not only friedly, when they got started they explained to me how the whole system works. They made it easy to understand why you sould stay up on the maintance of your system. I will use these guys service again!

My high water alarm started going off so I call someone. They show-up half aday late and right away the guy says I need a new pump. He tells me it will only be two grand and he can get to it early next week. I asked what am I going to do untill then? He says we can send our pump truck out and pump both of your tanks for only 400.00 each and that should hold you untill we get back out here. I didn't like the way he knew I needed a new pump without pulling the pump out or ever ckecking power source. I sent him away. Next I called Economy Septic. Brian showed-up when he said he would and got right to work. 15 minutes later he's done and all it cost me was a very reasonable servise call fee. It was just a stuck float, my pump was fine. I will aways use Economy Septic from now on! They are Honest and on time.

Brian and his crew, quick thinkers when there is a challenge. Very neat, well organized,polite. Easy to work with, timely.

I would like to tell all who read this, that the service we received from this company was outstanding. First of all, we were in a tight spot with our tank overflowing and I called in the evening, Brian, the owner answered the phone, not a recording, and walked me through how to determine if my filter was plugged etc....that alone was worth the call. The next morning after I got the tank unearthed, I called back and they were out at my house within the hour. Then to have two young men come up to me and shake my hand and introduce themselves was greatly appreciated. They went right to work cleaning out both stages and outlet. I had this service done years ago and they only cleaned out one stage. I got a lesson in how to properly use the septic system and how the system works from these two gentlemen. I would highly recommend Economy Septic Service to anyone who needs and wants professional service with people who treat you like you a friend, family member or just a good neighbor.
