Jim was a great representative towards helping me get what I wanted. His service was excellent and I never had someone help as much as he was willing to. GT Auto Sales makes you feel like you are at home, here you will feel like family and I love being around everyone in this organization. I appreciate everything you all have done for me.

The sales team made the process to buy a SUV really simple. My wife and I were looking for a SUV that will accommodate our 1.5 year old daughter and us. They brought a good point about seating other family or friends in the same car. We didn't even think of that! We're so happy with our BMW SUV now. We definitely recommend GT Auto Sales because of the selection, customer service and professionalism.

We went on sept 13 to possibly purchase a vehicle. We called and were told by a sales peraon they had several cars for us to choose from in our price range at a maximim of $1000 down. When we arrived after being picked up by the sales person we were told we could only choose the one car they told us we could have. We were not allowed to test drive and told the price was $4995. We were kept outside in the cold pressured by the sales person to buy the car or be stuck late at night in a dangerous area with no ride home. After hours of pressure and promises at midnight we were pressured into a car that they padded the price on lied abput it not being in an accident forced into payments we could not afford on a car we couldn't test drive. They very next day we brought it back due to extreme mechanical failure. We were told it was no big deal and the car was safe. The next day it almost caught fire with our children in it. We have been calling for weeks with major concerns of safety. We have been ignored and lied too. Finally we had it towed in so it could be addressed. Come to find out thes vin nimber does not match its components. We have now been told we have to pay for its repairs and the heavy car payments plus down payments. We have been pushed off the property while they still keep our car. We are losing our jobs and home due to this issue.

Great customer service everyone is nice and helpful! Best car lot I've been to in Tacoma honestly!
