I can only recommend the Gyft clinic. I did a lot of research before I picked them. I called so many different places… I’m amazed that there are that many Fertility Clinics in my area. I picked the Gyft clinic b/c it was the closest and the price is just right ;-) I didn’t want to drive to Seattle every other day for U/S and Blood work. I made the right decision choosing them. I just love the service I received so far.

Dr. Murrain explained everything in a easy & caring way. He’s wonderful, I feel really comfortable in his care. Charlene is my RN… She’s amazing… she did my U/S and Blood work (she got blood on the first try) She’s soft spoken and just super sweet. She even mad our Injection class fun…lol I will start taking my meds soon… so hopefully everything goes well. We got lucky… to be able to pay a lot less b/c of there IVF special. $5800 plus cost of Meds. The clinic is far from fancy but they are caring and experienced… That’s all we need. My hubby & I just know we are in good hands and are exited to start our IVF cycle. I hope this review helps someone achieve there goal of having a healthy child someday ;-)

I we referred to this place from a friend that had success with IVF here. So far I am not exactly enthused about this place. First off I live about 1 hour and 20 min away and they have had me come in 5 times within 14 days.I understand that they need to do additional "work up" but I have been going through "work up" for 4 years with other doctors. So far, I have paid a to of money for them to tell me, Uh I don't know what that means. I also have to tell them a million times about stuff that is ALREADY IN MY CHART!The exam rooms are very small and there are portions of the office that are under construction which makes me feel like the place is dirty. In addition the front desk woman is not friendly at all.

Today was my 2nd interaction with Gyft Clinic. Both times were for a SFA. The first time it took a week and a half to get results back. They lied and old my dr they faxed them twice and it finally my dr. had to call to get the results. I know that SFA DON'T TAKE weeks to get results back. Today, the weekend receptionist was so RUDE! I wanted to walk out! She didn't apologize for making us wait 15 minutes while she was upstairs pulling files. There were 3 other people in the office, so who knows how long they has been waiting. All it would've took for me to be happy is a sign at the window stating, "Be back shortly". The facilities were old and looked dirty. The room to give the deposit was dusty, had a chair, some magazines, a box of Kleenex! It had NO HANDWASHING FACILITIES and, NO MOVIES. My poor husband felt so dirty afterwards. Never again will I return to the Gyft clinic to pay out of pocket for rudeness and filth! They'd have to PAY ME!!

My husband and I have been passed from OBGYN to OBGYN for the past five years due to our infertility issues. The moment we walked into GYFT we knew the doctors, nurses, and staff cared about us and were all "pulling" for us! We got more answers at GYFT in two months than we did in five years with other OBGYNs in the area. We are still trying and have faith that GYFT will bring us a little precious gift in the near future.

What a great experience! I was actually treated like a person, not just a number. Not the most beautiful office I have ever seen because they try to keep overhead low so they can keep their fees down. In this economy, this is greatly appreciated. The fertility nurses are amazing! They all know my name and treat me like I am the most important patient they have ever treated. If you want a pretty office, a long commute and a higher bill, drive to Seattle. If you want to get pregnant, go to GYFT!

Since I was a referral patient for an IUI procedure from another doctor, they knew nothing about me. The nurse doing my IUI started small talk with “Do you have any children?” Seriously? When I explained that I had had 3 miscarriages, her immediate response – no other comments in-between – was “YOU’RE A HABITUAL ABORTER.” What a great way to start a hopeful insemination process. I’ve written a complaint, but have yet to receive an apology for this rude and hurtful exchange. My husband was not impressed either. outdated and not personable. SRM (Seattle Reproductive Medicine) however, is a fabulous clinic. Use them instead! We did for our first 2 IUI's and the experiences were polar opposites. The only reason we used Gyft is because SRM in Tacoma doesn't freeze sperm. I was hoping to avoid a Seattle commute. This was a mistake. I will be switching our samples. SRM provides incredible personal and professional care.

I found doctor McLees by asking my hairdresser friends to ask their nursing clients who they would use. Dr. McLees came back time after time and after several years in his care I know why. I had a bad experience with a clinic and I needed someone who could talk to me in plain terms and remove my fears. Last year I was diagnosed with breast cancer while out of town but the first thing I did was call Dr. McLees. He and his nurse were amazing, not their responsibility but that didn't matter somehow everything felt better after we spoke and I could move through my treatment. His knowledge is key to good care and friendly staff is the icing on the cake.
