Mark was very courteous and wasted no time in getting to work on the problem. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replace the broken pump. He explained what the problem was and what to look for with future problems. He also verified that the pump was still under warranty for replacement which saved me money. He is an excellent example of what is expected of a service person who comes to your home.

I was very pleased with the service I got from Adon. He was very thorough in servicing my heat pump and furnace filters and explaining how everything works efficiently. He also explained the yearly service contract available. First time using the company was very impressed

Kliemann Brothers tech Mark W. replaced a condenser/blade on June 25th. He had discovered that it was leaking when he was doing a semi annual check up on the A/C unit earlier in the week. He was once again both professional & friendly. We would ask for him again if we need any more work done.

Mark was very thorough and helpful. He spent a lot of time with us explaining the different features of our heat pump and tips to maintain it. I just had Mark W. fix my gas insert in my fireplace. He was very professional and personable. He showed me how to get to the inner working of my gas insert, and how to reset my remote so I can do this for myself if this happens again. He made sure that everything was working before he left.
