my husband purchased a beautifle ring at leroys. we also purchases insurance to keep the ring and the diamonds maintained. we took the ring to hav e it checked at leroys located at charleston towncenter mall. when my ring came back they sized it down. it would not even go on my finger. i called leroys..the manager says it does not take away the value of the ring. since they sized down. now they have to take it back up a size. i will be lucky if my rings is worth 300.00. does anyone have the number to where they sent there rings? my husband paid 1800.00

Fantastic, professional, and quick service at LeRoy Jewelers. I went in just to get my watch battery replaced, and left with an appointment to discuss a redesign for my wedding ring set. As I chatted with the sales women while she replaced my watch battery, we got on the topic of my engagement ring that needs some help from years of wear. They photographed my ring, put it in an awesome computer program, and showed me some options for resetting my heart-shaped diamond. I didn't know any of this was possible and I'm incredibly excited for my appointment tomorrow to see the possibilities of a customized ring... all digitally rendered! So cool.

This store does an excellent job of cleaning and checking my jewelry!
