Absolute worst customer service possible. The salesman I dealt with fed me lines of b.s. to make sure the car got off the lot, afterwards I've been treated like a stranger because I relocated out of WA state (US Military) they want nothing to do with me. No return phone calls or emails and every time you call they they don't know who you are. Maybe it's because I bought the car than moved, but than that shows their gratitude towards service members who have to move without choice.

I purchased the used car under warranty for mechanical and electrical problems, but as soon as my passenger light blew out they refused to cover the cost stating that the vehicle never had HID's installed (so much for the vehicle inspection for certification being done correctly). I've never had any aftermarket parts placed on the vehicle and the only modifications I've done are have the car tinted. I highly suggest you avoid this car dealership like the plague. They are all leeches, from the sales department to the service department. They are a stain on the Lexus name.

I'd drive out of my way to buy a car from these guys! I've bought other "luxury cars" and when it came to taking care of problems or servicing my car, they fell short. Lexus of Fife has incredible service that has always been dependable. I've bought 2 cars from this dealership. I had the unfortunate experience of visiting another Lexus location when I was up in Seattle (as I thought all Lexus would be the same). THEY ARE NOT! I'll never go anywhere else. Great product, but more importantly service that I can count on every year I own my car! Great Job!!
