In most cases all storage places are the same, but I love this place. The customer service is outstanding, and I was treated with respect. I looked at a few places and they nice, but seemed frustrated that I could not keep up, as my disability makes it hard for me to walk quickly. The manager was compassionate and shared that he is a disabled veteran as well. He provided me with location and discount options, he seemed more interested in helping me than "selling me".The location is beautiful, the managers are friendly and I just feel that my stuff is safe with them.

I am disabled and had talked to the manager about getting a unit bigger and close to a door for my back disability. I was told unless I had a foot off or was in a wheel chair I would not get a close to the door unit. I would not get so far in the depths of the units, but I would not get preferencial treatment because I was on Social Security Disability. I felt discriminated against because the manager could not see my disability because my clothes hide a very long scar, I take an extreme amount of pain medication to keep myself mobile and now am in the process of the last procedure available, a intrathecal pain pump to help me live a more functional life. The sarcasm that was revealed to me through conversations with the Manager were incredible. I was astounded at how he could make assumptions when he had only seen me one time and had no idea just how much pain I am in on a continuous basis and when I do any extra jobs I am down for approximately three days to recover from the pain.

The property is beautiful with lots of cameras. The staff is really nice and gave my children balloons. The showed me a unit and made quick work of the paperwork. They even gave me a discount on my boxes and tape.Much better than the other places in the area.
