They knowingly misrepresent what the have, in their adds! To me that shows ZERO integrity and are trying to trick uneducated customers by saying a rig is something that’s it’s not. Personally I like more integrity from some I buy a car or truck from!! If they’re willing to lie about what the rig is, there willing to lie about anything!!

I want to start off by saying this is an awesome place to buy a car until you drive off the lot! This is when my issues started. Long story short they present themselves as being different than other used auto dealers because "we stand by our word" then will give you this long winded explaination about howhat it's important because of the owner's name in the used car business. DO NOT BELIVE THIS!!!!!! There was a part they promised me they would take care of when I bought it at the end of June and I made the stupid mistake of taking themy at there word. I've called ever week since and have been given the run around. Finallay this morning (10/6) I called again for an update and when I expressed my frustration the Salem about hung up on me. I called back got the owner TJ who heard me out and said he'd call back. Lesso then 15min later he called and had "good news" that he had found a part. Then asked if wanted to pick up the armrest (hardware was missing) I told him I would do so this weekend. I then told him that I would be writing this review and it wouldn't be a nice one based on my experience thus far. That's when his tone changed, he said he wasn't ordering the part and said he wouldn't give me the armrest either. I showed up a little later to pick it up and he still refused and said "make sure you put this in your review too" well TJ here it is. He also said he would respond to this so I can't wait to see how he tries to spin this.

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car!!!! Everyone was amazing to me there and very helpful! I was turned down in a few places and they went out of their way to make sure I left there with a car last night!!! I will not go any where else ever to get a car! Please go here before you get frusterated and angy like me!! I promise you will leave happy and they will go out of their way for you!

My car has broke down about 4-5 weeks ago. I have either had to catch a bus to work or ask someone for a ride. I heard about this place from a friend of mine who said he had purchased a vehicle there a year ago and they made it quick and easy. So I decide to go there first. Upon my arrival I was greeted by my salesman, Louis Kim, who approached me with a friendly smile and introduced himself. He took the time to actually listen to what I needed. After about 25-30 minutes of small talk and joking around he was able to determine what type of vehicle would work best for me. He knew exactly what I was trying to say without me ever actually saying it. I was worried about my credit situation, car payment, and insurance since I would need full coverage. He got the message and put me into a vehicle that would fit payment, insurance, daily commuting, and gas saving needs. He then offered a test drive and during the drive I felt like he had made the right choice. I seen other vehicles that were similar in mileage and year for more money. The general manager and sales manger came outside to introduce themselves and to see if they could further assist me, which I think was just amazing that they would take the time out of their busy day just to make sure I was happy and didn't have any questions. I told them I liked the car and as long as we can reach a payment that I can comfortably pay I would take the car home today. Long story short I am now the owner of a 2006 Civic. They also kept my payment $70 less than I had originally planned. The customer service, the no pressure environment, and the friendly staff made this a great experience. I have stopped in there 1 time for work promised to me and another handful of times just to say hi. The managers and Louis all know me on a first name basis and when I come in they always take the time to see how I'm doing and treat me like they have known me for years. I highly recommend this place to everybody and I highly recommend asking for Louis. Forgot his last name and don't have his card on me, but he's the Asian guy.

I have had great experiences here at Motors NW. My wife and I bought a Audi A4 and we have sent in two friends to buy carss. They are very helpful and take good care of us.

We just recently purchased a 2004 Mazda 3 from Motors Northwest. They did a fantastic job finding our family a great car that fit our needs, likes and wants. There staff are great at what they do. Motors Northwest will be my first stop when looking for another car down the road. I just have to say Thank You to there amazing staff.

After my old car broke down, the cost for repairing it was more than the car was worth. I had no choice but to look for another car. My money has been tight, so I was in the market for reliable car that wasn't too expensive. I explained my situation to the folks at Motors Northwest and they were more than happy to help me out. The salesman was very attentive and showed me a few cars that were within my budget and exactly what I said I wanted. I walked away with a nice car and a good experience.

I have purchased many trucks in my life from private parties and dealers. Ray at Motors Northwest and all of the staff for that matter is the most exemplary professional I have ever had the chance to deal with. From the start all the way through the follow up with the equipment installed after the sale that was promised. When we had a problem with the truck it was addressed and fixed immediately even though it was not a result of anything Motors Northwest did. These people are a great example of good business men. Thank you guys for the service you have provided my family and we will always buy our vehicles from you.
