If I could give this company a zero rating I would. I would highly recommend NOT going to Nelson Offroad. I had my truck returned to stock by Nelson Offroad and was quoted a price and a length of time that I agreed too. After not hearing from Nelson Offroad 3 days after they said my truck would be ready they said it would be done I called and was told the following day my truck would be ready. The following day at 4PM when the shop closes I call again after not hearing from them and they said it would not be done until Monday. Monday rolls around finally get my first phone call from Nelson Offroad that my truck will be ready anytime Tuesday before 6PM. So I show up at 445PM and my truck is still not ready and had to wait an additional 90 minutes to get my truck. Finally it's ready and there its an additional $500 charge on the bill for parts, parts which they never called and asked my approval to purchase, they bought the parts without my consent, which just happens to be written in their contracts. Of course I disputed the charges and the owner was never apologetic and said it cost what it costs. I contact the BBB to dispute the charges and Nelson Offroad didn't even respond to them. Nelson Offroad has terrible ownership and I will NEVER recommend or use Nelson Offroad's services ever again. So if you are looking for a company with terrible communicate and purchases parts without your authorization Nelson Offroad is the company for you!!!
