The customer service at Norco Medical in Tacoma has been amazing, thanks to Debra and Caroleena. I received a call within hours of my doctor's referral for bipap equipment. Insurance processing was handled promptly and an equipment consultation was scheduled within a few days time.
Subsequently every three months an email or phone call has secured replacement equipment.
Recently our local postal service has managed to not deliver the product to me. Debra and Caroleena have handled numerous calls from me for information regards tracking numbers and shipping dates. Their handling of the situation has been exemplary. Thank you, Norco.
