We had the pleasure of renting through NRB Property Management for about two years. We couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with. Every time we had a question or maintenance issue they did their absolute best to answer and resolve promptly. We would still be renting through the company had we not moved out of state. We would absolutely like to rent through NRB again if the opportunity arises. Thank you Randy, you’re amazing! Thank you all for everything and we hope to cross paths again.

I am absolutely over joyed to be able to work with such professional & knowledgeable people in the Property Management field.
The extra mile that not only the owner but his employee's take to make sure that you are well taken care of and that all of your Property needs are meet is beyond what you would be able to find anywhere else.
Never have I seen anyone take such care into making sure that your Property is at it's absolute best before putting it up to be rented out. Randy treats each rental property as if it was his own property that he was renting out.
I am so glad that I decided to not listen to all the negative reviews of customers who clearly couldn't communicate properly.

One of the best companies I have dealt with. Very professional and friendly. I would say I had the pleasure of meeting the owner who seems to always carry a smile on his face and a positive attitude. He assisted me with questions I had with my situation and even responds on weekends and during his vacation when I didn't plan on a response. He just informed me he had spotty cell service but would assist me anyway he could. Overall, this company went above and beyond to assist me and others I have sent their way.

Horrible experience from the start!! We moved in and our rental was a disaster. Dirty, many broken items and in poor condition. NRB was very difficult to get ahold of and very slow to any maintenance requests or emails. Icing on the cake was when an employee named Bethany told us our last payment would be prorated since we were moving out early. Upon hearing this our family made special plans to move out early. Bethany said “pay the full months rent at the beginning of the month and when you move out on the 15th, we will send you the refund from your deposit and the extra money from your monthly rent in a prorated amount because you are moving out 15 days early.” Now after moving out, Bethany and the company are denying that they ever agreed to a prorated last months rent!!! $872.50 is what NRB owes us!!! The owner Randy refused to talk to us let alone resolve the issue. NRB has a dishonest employee who is lying to customers! What’s worse is the owner would take no action to care for his customers. We were excellent tenants for 2 years and it’s sad to be treated so poorly. I think this is the first time in my life a company has blatantly stole money from me. DO NOT USE NRB!!

We just moved out after 8 years of renting from NRB. Frankly, I am surprised at this person's negative comment. NRB was nothing short of amazing for us. Always responded quickly to anything needed on the home. We just moved out, and were happy to get all our deposit back. They did a preinspection with us. We recommend everyone to them.

I would advise staying away from this company. The 5 star rating below was the land lord I was renting the house from that hired this company. Trust me we had to do a lot of work to get in there with no help from NRB. They only have one person to show properties hundreds of properties and were incredibly rude when we told them we needed to come view the property sooner. They couldn't show us the house for several weeks. We eventually demanded that we talk to management at which point they said of course we can show you the property. I'm about to buy a house and I would never use this company to rent out my house. The 2 women in charge of getting renters in houses are some of the most unpleasant women you will ever speak to and you certainly don't want potential renters having to discuss anything with them.

You should deal with a better property management company. Friends of us told us about some other companies, and we are glad we choose NRB. We tried working with another company for over 4 months and not even one showing. After going to NRB, they had our place rented out in about 2 weeks. We were pretty impressed.
