Provided by YP.comWhile I had no problems with medical care, I did have problems with insurance. I asked multiple times if I was covered under their plan and ever time they stated I was. I got a bill stating I was out of network. If you are new and looking at using this provider, be very careful on insurance. They will tell you whatever they can to get your money. I had no problems with their medical care, but I would warn others against this company
