Provided by YP.comParent Child Assistance Program formerly known as Birth to three. My relationship with this business started back in 1996 with the birth of my first child. I was a new mother with an extensive crack cocaine problem. Betsy Hugley-Alford was assigned to my case and it has been both an honor and a priviledge to know her. After 12 years of abuse I am a clean and sober individual. Betsy and I have been through so much together over the last decade of my life when I saw this site I couldn't help but take the time to sit down and tell about this program. Drug abuse has become an epidemic in this country of ours and programs like this are much needed. There were many days that I didn't think I would be able to make it through and Betsy was always there for me when I needed her. She has went above and beyond the call of duty to help me and I honestly believe that if it weren't for her that I would not be here today. I can't say enough good things about this program to give it justice.
