That place is really bad. They are not friendly and inconvenience that they don't take debit card after 4:00pm without sign. They force to use ATM. They just want to make profit from customers. what so ever they are sucks.They don't know what customer service is. DO NOT GO THERE in the morning. You are going to ruin whole your day. I naver go back there again.

I have been doing business with this licensing office for almost 20 years. Except for being overly busy sometimes, the folks that work there very good at their job and very friendly. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they still take payments the old fashioned way...CASH! While they do have an ATM in the lobby, it would be a lot nicer if they would join the 21st century and start accepting Debit and Credit cards.

I wanted to write and say "Thank You" very much for the 2 Lady's that handled my ORV title issue. Your office handled everything with "Common Sence", I wish that I would have came into your office instead of all the time & cost that Yelm's DMV caused over a dirt bike. I will do ALL my future Title business in your Office now, The people are real nice and I will know it's done right & finished when I leave. Thanks again :-)

I was very statisfied with the service I received. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would go back to this office for other licensing needs.
