I had a very good experience. It was exactly what I hope for. They were punctual, professional, and had a rental car waiting for me.

I will definitely go there again if need be.

It took several trips to figure out why Lake Impala kept returning. Different fixes were tried, without a penny cost to me, until my SSI budget allowed me to come in for a diagnostic. The windshield was the culprit, and now that it is properly installed, Lake Impala has dried up for good. But that is not the best thing. Phil noticed the filter over the heater was in terrible shape. He replaced that, insisting he would not let me leave with that old one. Now I find I do not have to defrost the windshield for ten minutes before I can safely drive, and my heater is so much more efficient. I enjoy the warmth in my car almost as much as I enjoy Christine, Phil, and the other staff I have met. Any time I wait in that office the time flies, because the friendliness and expertise just flows. I'm glad to leave a satisfied customer and I don't wish ill on my car, but I know I'll be glad to return here if I need to. You can expect complete satisfaction from PAB.

Integrity is the word that comes to mind when I think of this place. I had just started checking out repair centers, after a hit & run demolished my back bumper. This place happened to be on the Met-Life list, the only insurance company Precision Auto Body works directly with. That simplified the whole payment & car rental process, but that isn't why I chose them.My initial questions were answered very capably by Phil's wife, via phone. No pressure, just the facts pertinent to what I might expect next as I navigated this whole repair process. I brought my car in and was further impressed by the knowledge and expertise both Phil and his wife demonstrated as they answered question after question I hadn't even asked yet. All with a personable sense of humor that is very reassuring. Phil showed me damages from the impact I hadn't even noticed, patiently explaining what next steps would be. I felt my car would be in really good hands here. And I certainly was not disappointed! I was kept in the loop about any delays. A part was mistakenly delivered to Precision Collision, a company with a similar name. Phil also sent back a rusty part he refused to use in my car, necessitating a re-order. Integrity, pure and simple.My Chevy Impala gleamed in the parking lot, so much so that the man who drove me there from the car rental place exclaimed, "Sweet ride!" when we drove up. Not only was the outside immaculate, the inside was tidy with vacuumed floor carpets, a clean dashboard and a sparkling windshield. I drove out of that place with a new affection for my car, and great thankfulness for all the help I had received. Precision Auto Body proved to be a Godsend for me, and everyone I know who has need of auto body services will hear my success story!

I was looking for an affordable repair shop that could fix my car and understand my situation. Because I was hit while I was parked, the guy that hit me was going to take care of the charges for me. They've had experience working with others in my situation and offered me great help and advice on rental car places as well. Precision Auto charged me almost $200.00 cheaper than the 6 other repair places I looked at going to. They were also able to finish my car a day earlier so I could turn my rental back in and get credit for one day back. Phil was the main person that was working with me and kept me well informed on everything going on with my car. I would recommend all my family and friends here. The service and everything was just GREAT! Thank you again Phil and Precision Auto Body!

I have known Phil and the "gang" for years and would not dream of going any place else... The work is superb, back when you need it, and done right. The only other major thing I can add is the Honesty that they work with! If you take it any place else you are going to regret it... I know folkds that have.

I went out on a whim when I chose Precision, because I hadn't heard a lot about them before. What made me choose to go to their shop was the family atmosphere that they provide. They made me feel welcome, and explained the repair process well enough so I could understand. My car came back to me on time and looking better than ever. I would definitely recommend!

I called on a Saturday and Phil talked to me for over thirty minutes about my car repair needs. When I dropped my car off the office staff was very professional and took care of everything with my insurance company. My car was done when promised and looked great. I would definitely go back.

Precision is wonderful! I will never take my car anywhere else again. My car needed repairs ranging from small dents to a complete replacement of the front bumper and not only was the price unbeatable but the work and attention to detail were amazing! What really impressed me was that the dealer had sent the shop the wrong parts and they had them re-ordered and still had my car back to me on time!!

I couldn't be happier with my recent repair. They handled everything from dealing with my insurance company to arranging a rental car for me. My car was done when promised and it looks great! I would highly recommend Precision Auto Body to anyone.
