Prompt, quick, efficient and clean. They removed an old gas fireplace and the ugly painted brick around it. Replaced with a beautiful new gas insert. Ours being an older home, they checked the fireplace and outside brick. Did not over-estimate or say we needed additional work that was not necessary. Wonderful to work with and they listen to what you want. I would recommend them to anyone!

This is a late review of the work done by the company in October 2009.I just never had the chance to do it but they did such a good job that I needed to write this review.Initially we called them to clean and inspect our chimney.They found some cracks and few other repairs needed to be done and also that our old fireplace insert was not good anymore and was leaking smoke when in use.We purchased new,energy efficient fireplace insert and could not be happier with it.We had it now for over a year and the fireplace does such a good job of keeping our house warm and cozy. Their service was timely,professional and detailed.Definitely recommend Professional Chimney Solutions.

We were called out on a estimtate for a house sale that Bill MacDonald with Windemere had listed . He wanted us to look at the upstairs fireplace insert and give an estimate for repairs on it. Once on the roof we noticed there were 2 flues and asked if he wanted us to look at the downstairs woodstove that it was servicing. He told us that it wasnt necessary.. We then gave him the estimate which he then accepted. We came back a week later and completed the work as proposed. We then received a call from the buying agent who asked us why the woodstove hadnt been repaired. We told her that he told us not to look at the downstairs when they had specifically asked him to have it inspected. The house had closed now and the buyers were stuck with a expensive repair for a unsafe Stove. Both parties tried contacting his office multiple times and he wouldnt respond over a 2 week period and did not pay until 2 letters were sent to him to pay. He then posted the bogus complaint below.

As a real estate professional of 24 years on the Eastside, I know a bit about dealing with contractors. I arranged to pay this company out of my Seller's closing proceeds PRIOR to them doing the work because of scheduling problems, closing date, and I TRUSTED THEM to do what they said they'd do. The work was supposed to be completed today. They did about half and left, stating that they never agreed to do the rest, and that it would cost a lot more. If they step up and finish what they agreed to do, I will retract this statement and upgrade my rating. If they don't, I will continue to tell my story until they complete the work, or are out of business.

This company does all that it says. They came out, gave me two estimates and choices on chimney repair. When I made my decision and notified them they gave me a date, showed up on time, completed the job (which include removing and replacing my chimney), and cleaned up inside and outside. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing roof or masonary work!

How can I add anything noteworthy in addition to the other five star reviews? Well, I have lived and worked in Japan for over twenty years where exemplary customer service and a strong work ethic are the norm so as a proud American citizen, I have been disappointed many times when I visited my parents in Washington and saw the shoddy and even criminally negligent work done by specialty contractors on their home.Not so by Jared and Jason of Professional Chimney Solutions, Inc. They are equal in understanding of their craft, in customer service, in professionalism to the best I've seen in Japan. Not only did they do a great job, they are full of heart and enthusiasm. I wish my house in Japan had a chimney so I could fly them over and watch them put it back into tip-top condition!

Having been in charge, of a service department in 47 different locations within the Great Northwest and an advisory to operations across the country and around the world, I was very impressed with the complete, thorough customer service given by Jared and Jason.I would "highly" recommend their services to anyone. You would be "hard pressed", to find any other representatives of a company, that would do them justice, as these 2 hard working individuals did from start to finish.

The work Professional Chimney Solutions completed on my house was incredible. They were always on time, failry priced and good looking young men! They have a customer for life!

Great customer service from beginning to end. Very thorough, professional and clean. Took the time to explain what they were doing and why in terms that I could understand. I can't say enough good things about the person (Jared) who came out to my house. Very polite and kind young man. Will definitely call this company when any future services are needed. I highly recommend.

From the moment i called this company they are friendly and answered all my questions that i had for them without making me feel stupid. I did not understand one thing on my chimney except that you could light a fire in it. They arrived on time which is very rare in todays world. The technicians did the work that needed to get done and left the fireplace looking like brand new after the repairs were made. They made the chimney look as good as the rest of the work i have put in to my house and for a price competative with the other estimates i got. They go above and beyond what i asked them to do and they have my business for life.
