Provided by YP.comI attempted to do business with two major competitors before choosing to visit Puget Sound Hearing and Audiology. The other companies were pushy and frankly intimidating so I did not bother with them.
Keith,the Tacoma manager, is relaxed and makes the patient feel like he or she is the only patient. Keith too as much time as I needed testing and explaining the process. I would heartily recommend Keith and crew with out reservation. Their follow up service is free and almost immediate when needed.

Very, very helpful and cooperative in solving my problem of trying to schedule service for a relative while living and calling from out of state. It is my opinion that they provide superior customer service on a regular basis and that is very refreshing in today's economy.

Provided by SuperpagesNeeded hearing aids turned up in volume. Was told I should have new ones since my insurance would pay. New ones were not as good as old ones (digital in ear both sets). No on off, no 3rd channel, used batteries quicker. When I ask for volume increase am told only needs cleaning. My hearing loss is getting worse. No effort to re-test or increase volume.
