Take extreme care in renting from this property management if you are concerned about renting reasonable apartments that are safe and reasonably maintained. Some of the owners that have used this company are slum lords that use unfair business tactics such as illegally withholding deposits; entering the property of tenants illegally especially if tenants are low income, disabled, or otherwise vulnerable. I do not know if they screen tenants,but the new tenants that were moved in once they took over the property had records with the police department with outstanding warrants; growth of marijuana plants; and one tenant was allowed to create and incredible hazard and nuisance to other tenants in order to run out tenants that had resided at the property in peace ranging from 10 --20 years.
