Nothing but a bunch of lies. Don't believe a word they say . They will promise fixes that never happen! They will promise a full detail and just wash and vacume this is not a detail! Nothing but hassles with this dealership. Save yourself a headache and stay clear of this place !!!

I bought a 2005 Maxima.David Butler was very friendly and attentive.On our way home though an alarming shifting problem occurred. It was as I describe as a violent downshift. Also there is no cooling from the aircon.I talked to David and he was concerned and asked me to bring it back.I might add that I did not purchase a warranty.I just feel when a dealer has a reputation on the line they will make it right and I am counting on that. I have an appointment with service as they found the same problem I described on test drive....Thanks Tori and Lucas. STAY TUNED!!

I bought a Nissan Sentra from Fife Nissan Dec., 2011. Among a list of other things I took my car if because the body side moldings (ding preventers) are starting to peal off. Fife Nissan refused to fix them saying "if the moldings come MORE loose than what they are, then warrenty may apply.I unintentionally got into an argument with the service writer and the gen. mgr. butted in. He only made it worse. Today, Sunday morning, I was awoken by a call from the Fife Police saying that the mgr has accused me of spitting on him. This never happened but he certainly refered to some religious items in my car as "phony religious junk and started insulting my faith because I was upset over my car. If this creep keeps it up he'll run into someone that isn't old and feeble. Of course, these types of bullies don't pick on someone who might defend themselves. Hope they go broke.

Made a huge mistake not going to Barrier Motors. Bought a new 2012 Audi Q5 - and it was a nightmare. They messed up the Xzilon package which is over-quoted (1200$) - they outsource that, don't buy that. The tint also only comes with a 5 year warranty. Then I got a hard sale pitch on some external warranty add-ons which wasn't even available till it reached 45000 miles.Then got the run-around with Finance on what they owed on my trade. Save yourself the headache and go to Barrier Motors, they know how to treat their customers. It feels more like service I would get at some non-Luxury dealership. Facilities are what you expect, they just need to hire folks who know how to run a luxury dealership.
