A technician from Sprague Pest Solutions entered my home today without my permission. My apartment complex gave him a key and failed to notify me that they were sending a technician. I was not fully dressed and on the telephone. The representative knocked three times, but never announced himself. Because I was occupied and not appropriately dressed, and there was no indication that it was a Landlord representativ, I did not answer the door. He then proceeded to let himself into my apartment. When I contacted Sprague to resolve this issue they refused to talk to me initially based on the orders of my apartment management. I spoke with Christa and Coulton, who were both argumentative considering their employee had just illegally entered my home. For shame!!! Both for the sake of your employee and myself, it is hazardous and irresponsible to have technicians enter a home unannounced.
