This place is great, the staff is friendly and out going always with a smile on their face. Polite and respectful. The children here are well mannered, of course children will be children and have their moments but no matter what each employee works together to maintain a positive and happy environment. It's the perfect size and not too crowded in space and they truly care!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE TO LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN! The 'boss' Kelli is worse than her child. Not only do they make you pay more than what they ask for quotes because they LOVE stealing and scamming others out of their money, but the boss's daughter is allowed to yell out vulgar words, abuse the staff physically and she also says and does as she pleases. This includes running in and out of the office. WHERE BY THE WAY, KELLI LEAVES HER INFANT IN THE OFFICE FOR STAFF TO OVERLOOK AND BABYSIT WHEN IT'S AGAINST LICENCING! Also, they don't care about your children they only care about the money $$ The boss's treat their employees horribly, so if I were you I wouldn't apply there either. They stand around and play games in the office while they leave their staff to do EVERYTHING! I've witnessed Kelli shove a child in the bathroom on his 4th day of being in their care and left him there to cry for well over an hour. She had NO CARE IN THE WORLD. EVIL PEOPLE! DONT WORK HERE & DONT BRING YOUR KIDS!

I can say as a employee they do keep people due to horrible management as well as using the employees to do things that are not state standard and cover it up with paperwork make false accusation on there employees as well the place need to be looked at in deeper eyes at who they have as employees knowing for fact that they have allowed drug/ alcohol workers watch he children and kept them when they were aware of this please run from this place

WORST DAYCARE EVER!!! Over billed us and terminated our daycare without notice and then billed us for two extra weeks!!! Unbelievable! Don't send your child here unless you are willing to constantly check and double check your bill. We lost $300 dollars dealing with these people, never again!

Awe my grandsons attend here...they love it as does my daughter(their mommy)

Do a great job - very friendly oriented listens to concerns & addresses any issues. Would strongly recommend Tender Heart to family & Friends.

My daughters love it here! I wouldn't take my girls anywhere else!
