Have been using this compounding pharmacy for 20+ years for our family members (pets), and unavailable or expensive prescriptions at other chain pharmacies for ourselves.

I don't think I have enough good words to describe this pharmacy. I believe they saved my life, which is a long story --- suffice it to say, I recommend them to EVERYONE I know. They have been consistently and reliably wonderful in every way, everyone who works there is an angel!

Absolute lack of professionalism, constant issues with my dogs heart medication (never mixed properly) total lack of care communicating dose changes. Issues logging information in computer, incorrect labels. This is my old dog that I love, zero sensitivity and lack of care. I will never go back!!!!!!!!!

We were referred to Union Street Pharmacy to get a chemo medication (Alkeran) for a pet. It was a bonus that the pharmacy was close to home as we brought our beloved pet home after hearing that he has weeks at best left to live. When we opened the container that evening to mix the medication with his dinner, we were shocked to find that it did NOT contain the 10 2 mg pills that were prescribed and written on the label. Rather, there were only 2 unmarked red and white capsules. My husband shared that the pharmacist did not talk about the medication when he picked it up. My anger about not having the correct medication turned to fear that the pharmacy had made a huge mistake and gave our chemotherapy medication to someone else- a completely unresponsible, dangerous, and liable mistake. I was already heartbroken that there could only be days left with my pup and now I'm feeling bewildered at this type of mistake, and now we have to wait until tomorrow to see if the situation can be fixed.
