I purchased a 26 " Sony bravia feeling I had got the best price and wouldn't be sorry buying from Video Only. The next day I happened to go into a Best Buy and saw the exact set for 50.00 less. I called my sales rep. and told him what I had found and asked for a price match. He said he couldn't do that, so I asked if he'd prefer me to return the unit as it says on the invoice" if for any reason you are unhappy with the equipment you may return it for a full refund". But I had already opened it and was happy with the set, I just wanted them to honor there advertisments of getting the best deal.

They wouldn't and I know from past experience with COSTCO or BEST BUY they do a price match or allow a full refund even if package is opened. How else would you know if it worked for you?
