Corrupt fraudster over billing City of Fife over $700,000 annually for 3 decades (comparable sized cities pay around $50,000 annually). Combs was fired from the City of Black Diamond for over billing and the City of Fife should put an end to three decades of corruption. Loren Combs has been accused by "current and former [Black Diamond] officials" of multiple infractions, including "significant over billing, double billing and possible fraud," as stated in a letter from state Rep. Chris Hurst (D-Greenwater) to state Auditor Brian Sonntag.
