I found the receptionist very helpful. I was needing to have our well water tested but wasn't certain what all I should be testing for in my area. They had me speak with one of their biologists to help determine what I needed to be testing for. My experience was good and will be recommending them!

I have used WML twice in the last two years for testing potable well water. Each time I found them helpful and professional with fast response times. Their written results reports are very good.

I have used WML a couple times and called for advice a few more and everyone that I've talked to has been very helpful. Very fast turnaround also.

Whoever answered the phone treated me rudely and was not helpful at all. I was on hold for over 5 minutes. I found out later that all the information they gave me was wrong because it was a receptionist trying to answer the questions I wanted to ask a technician. And when I had a question about my bill the secretary they transferred me to was extremely rude. ######Very bad service.
