Provided by YP.comThis place is NOT SAFE. DO NOT bring children here. The staff is not suitable to be around kids (bullying and harassment took place on our visit) and the owners have no interest in child safety. I am making a formal complaint against this business.
I am sorry you feel this way , we are a family business and never allow any bullying or harrasment and safety is our number one concern. Maybe you should have talked to the owners or management about your concern so it could be corrected.

Provided by YP.comThis rink is ghetto. Terrible, pitted, filthy floors, and their rental skates are in disrepair to the point of being unsafe. They allow strollers on the skate floor during regular sessions, including their 'blackout' session (totally dark skate floor), and this screams of a disregard for safety. The owner, Debbie, and counter girl are rude, and they are so understaffed that waiting at the consessions stand can take up a large amount of time.
Hi our floors are not pitted and dirty, as we keep them clean everyday. And as far as the strollers, they are allowed on the floor as you cannot discriminate against that and it is safe, and yes sometimes we can be understaffed just as any other business when you get a rush of people other than you expected, and the skates over half of the skates are 2 yrs old. So I am not sure why you are saying they are beyond safe.

Provided by YP.comThis place is great! We went to a school party a couple of months ago and my kids and their friends had so much fun. We have gone back a few times for the skating lessons (Saturday mornings). My kids had never skated and the teachers were waaayyyy more help than I could ever be. Now we go for dollar skate on Wednesdays and Free night on Thursdays. If the kids are really begging we go Saturday afternoons too.
This is a great place for families. We all go! My kids, grandparents, cousins, friends....

Provided by YP.comThe new rink in Fircrest is fantastic. It is big, bright and the people are family friendly. I had my daughters birthday party there and the birthday rooms are so big and they have a mascot who will skate with the kids and also teach them how to skate. We will be back for the lessons and sessions.
This place rocks, you need to check it out. The staff is great
Thanks Wheelz
