This attorney failed to provide unbiased, competent and professional service in a GAL matter. She was difficult to contact, did not start work on the case in a timely manner, did not respond to repeated phone calls, then accused the respondent in the matter of being uncooperative. Her work was riddled with errors and inconsistencies. She made unfounded accusations against the respondent based on her personal opinion despite reams of evidence and the child's own testimony. She did not represent the child's best interests. In an apparent grudge match, she has since relentlessly harassed the respondent for collection of monies owed instead by the petitioner, and refuses to acknowledge that all legal debt has been paid in full. If you want sub-par legal representation, an inflated sense of competency, cronyism, inaccurate and improper billing, unprofessional conduct on the part of the office personnel as well as the attorney, followed by unfounded harassment, an attempt to level a contempt of court judgement, and a civil lawsuit, feel free to retain this attorney.
