used for overflow embroidery and they could never get a single job correctly, the item would come back with a small stain, or they couldn't follow simple directions, and they were to busy to write down the correct font I needed, then told me that they could try and fix it but it wouldn't be for a week. Poor customer service. I would pay extra just to have a great experience somewhere else.
