My child has been going to this center since he/she was 2 months old.

The facility is nice, but administration and management are not the greatest. They will surprise you with closing of the school with zero day notice (told on a Friday at 5pm that they would be closed that next Monday). This has happened more than one occasion. The director of the center has poor communication skills. I asked her to call me and never heard from her. The office administrator does not know how to manage or address parent concerns in a professional manner. Also, if you are a private paying parent, expect that your checks wont be cashed for more than a month in some cases. And they wont accept debit or cc. Now, on to the childcare itself. My child has come home with soaking wet socks that he has been in for more than 6 hours (and he has had extra socks in his bag). I have observed teachers not paying attention to the children in the room because they are talking amongst themselves about their weekend. If your child has a dr. apt in the morning they are very strict about not brining your child in past 9:30am. You need to get special permission. If you're like me, who does not have any family members or friends to watch your child any time they close or wont let your child come in late, it is very inconvenient. In conclusion, I would say the administrative staff is less than professional and accommodating. Some of the teachers could be more attentive or patient with the infants/ toddlers. There are many other issues that have come up, but I would be here forever writing about them. These are the ones that are really disheartening.
