When my wife discovered water damage at our vacation home the insurance company sent their "preferred vendor". What a mess. They didn't even remove the wet carpet and pad before setting up their equipment. After 3 days of this we called Tahoe Mold and Water to get a second opinion. They immediately came out, took readings of the moisture, and informed us that all the drywall in the room was wet and showed us some mold growth in the corner. They then took over the job, immediately removed carpet, drywall and wet insulation in the crawlspace and had the house dry and clean within 1 week. Professional and thorough, we will call these guys next time we have an issue! Beware of the insurance company's recommendations.

We were in the process of selling our house when a pest inspector found mold in our attic. We called Tahoe Mold and Water and they came out immediately. They explained the process in a manner that made everyone feel comfortable. It saved our home sale. I would highly recommend them!
