Pharmacist and manager were completely inappropriate to doctor's office staff when requesting prescription. Instead of trying to fix the problem both argued, yelled and was rude to the staff trying to serve patient. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO REPRESENT YOU TO YOUR DOCTOR. I would never suggest using them if you had another choice. Yelling is not the way to get business done and certainly not good patient care.
