Since the new owners took over a year or so ago, I have not been pleased. I have been using this cleaners for the past 12 years and within the last two I have had a pair of pants ruined and they have recently lost 2 other pair of pants.



Their computer systems obviously needs to be upgraded, since it's down most of the time. So if you bring your clothes in to be cleaned, BEWARE!! When this happens your items may not get entered into their system when it comes back on-line, which is what happened to me Aug 2008. I was able to retrieve most of my items, but I'm still missing 2 pair of pants.



I've been back several times since this event trying to see if they have found them and the ladies at the counter can't tell me anything and say's I need to speak with the manager, who has not been around nor have these ladies passed the information on.



I would really like to have the remaining of my clothes returned, which is becoming more doubtful everyday. I do not advise or recommend anyone to use this cleaners, if you want to see your clothes again!
