Sluggish hired help with limited mechanical experience. Filthy yard. Beat up equipment. No wonder United Rentals ignores the place.

I recently heard some of the crew have been selling company and customer equipment for cash and pocketing the money...again. Careful with that place.

My kids and I needed to dig a hole to recess our new above ground pool in the back yard. I received a quote for an excavator rental 3 weeks in advance. I called to schedule the rental with Jay the manager 2 weeks in advance. I was told that they only schedule equipment a week out in advance but he would put my name on the calander. I was instructed to call a week prior to the dates I needed to confirm the reservation which was 5/8/15-5/10/15. I called in the morning exactly one week prior (Friday 5/1/15) to the date I needed it and was not only told that it had been booked for rent on Tuesday 4/28/15 for that week but the price I was quoted and confirmed was incorrect. I explained my situation to Jay and he had no concern that his employee had given incorrect information to a customer. He did not care who quoted me nor was he willing to do anything to remedy the situation. His attitude was basicly "it is what it is, sorry bud". I have had little issues with this business before but I swear I will never rent from this business again. Rude, dishonest and a complete lack of business ethics or moral standard. Word of mouth is huge in this valley, especially for a small business. Please be cautious and think twice prior to using All in one rental for anything.

If you're looking for good, quality and fast service for your equipment, look elsewhere. The staff at the repair shop has little to no experience in small engine repair and I have first-hand experience and knowledge of that.The work is slipshod to say the least. I've seen equipment in worse operating condition after so-called "repairs" and some that even refuses to start after something as simple as a "tune-up". I would recommend finding a professional. Someone with at least 2 years experience.
