This company is not one that I would recommend to clean the bottom of my shoes. I have a cabin on a rental program, this comapny was assigned to clean the cabin. Everytime this company cleaned my cabin I had to go back over it and get spots off of mirrors, tuck bed sheets, clean the hot tub, sweep and mop the floors, dust, clean sink and stove. When anything was mentioned to the owner of the company she would just shrug and pretend as if it never happened. It was a very big deal for her to clean the cabin she never actually cleaned too much, so I don't think it was because the cabin was an exhausting cleaning job. I think it's because she fails to do anything that requires more than 30-45 minutes. She doesn't have the drive nor the experience to clean homes or cabins. She does not have a very caring attitude. She brings her infant, around 6 months old...WITH her to clean! That is not a very professional demeanor for someone who claims to be a professional. From what I have seen of "The Cleaning Company" the cleaning goes along the lines of.....go inside home, 5 minutes later she comes back out, smokes, talks and texts for about 20 minutes, goes back in for around 30 minutes then leaves. I'm disgusted with "The Cleaning Company"! I am supposed to offer ways she could make the experience better, I have nothing to say.... She was told time and time again to do the job right and she was deliquent in doing that, time and time again. Maybe one day she will care about her company enough to do what is required of her and what she advertises.
